As lucky as I am over the years to have been able to work on numerous projects, attend some kick ass events & roam around the City of Toronto to check out the latest hot spots whilst indulging in delicious foods, I feel it is also important for me to maintain a healthy life style. I love checking out new restaurants and support local Toronto events throughout the week – but I certainly set aside days where I can just relax at home and eat something a little bit more home made. Besides going to the gym few times a week, I’ve recently been interested & slowly adapted to eating healthily – almost like a full cleanse. I decided to start a new section on my blog where I share recipes (hopefully mostly healthy) that I’ve stumbled across upon on other blogs, celebrity chef websites or just recipes I’ve come up on my own. I don’t claim to be an expert in this particular area but I just want to share with you guys what has been working for me. The recipes I’m hoping to share will from range from breakfasts, snacks, and random bits and pieces.
